About

Notice. Track. Shift.

I am a couples and family therapist and board-certified music therapist who helps people notice patterns that keep them stuck in repetitive cycles of conflict, disconnection, and reactivity. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and communication patterns shaped by past experiences. My approach is active, direct, and systemic. Together, we track what gets triggered in interaction and how these patterns are maintained over time. These cycles are often rooted in attachment histories that shape how you respond in close relationships, and they can be interrupted in the moment within the relational space. Real change happens the moment patterns are interrupted. From there, new ways of relating become possible.
